In 2023, Elanco piloted a first-of-its-kind pilot program aimed at driving sales growth within the vet Home Delivery channel, helping vets take advantage of booming interest in eCommerce ordering.
We launched a variety of strategic tactics at participating clinics, and it was a success! We saw growth in Home Delivery buyers and sales, and received positive feedback from clinics. Clinics felt less stress about Home Delivery, more prepared to use the Home Delivery platform and more confident in answering questions. Plans to scale the program are currently underway.
