Fastest-Growing Digital Agency Expands Leadership Team with former Procter & Gamble Brand Builder

CourtAvenue, the fast-growing digital agency has expanded its leadership team in Cincinnati by appointing Rory Foster as the Executive Director of CPG + Retail. Rory Foster, a Procter & Gamble brand builder with a remarkable track record, joins CourtAvenue to take on this newly created role.

Rory is a digital transformation expert with two decades of experience. He started by building digital properties for local media companies in Chicago, became an executive, and made innovations like the first in-house DSP. After a successful career, he opened a consulting practice, working with both startups and large corporations. This work led him to launching a successful DTC business for P&G in Vermont. While at P&G, he led the corporate disruptive innovation capability, followed by digital commerce for Oral Care, achieving double-digit CAGRs for the megabrands, in high-growth DTCs, marketplaces, and e-retail.
